ROE Adult Literacy will be conducting an Adult Basic Literacy & ELL Volunteer Tutor Training at the Peoria Lakeview Library, 1137 W Lake Avenue, Peoria, IL on September 11, 20 & 25, 2023 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. You should plan to attend all three dates.
Advanced registration is required for the three-session workshop. This facilitated online book study will present educators with a four layered equity framework that assists with teaching and leaning towards the following goals: identity development, skill development, intellectual development, and criticality of youth.
It will run from Sept 5 - October 16. You can earn 10 PD Clock Hours for successful completion. Cost is only $30.
