The University of Illinois Springfield at Peoria is seeking current Peoria-area paraprofessionals interested in joining a Fall 2023 cohort. The cohort will work through curriculum together to achieve a Professional Educators License in Elementary Education Grades 1–6.

@PeoriaROE48 was thrilled to host a Drone in the Classroom workshop that was facilitated by Learning Technology Center of Illinois. Participants learned essential drone terminology, safety issues, operational requirements, curriculum application, and drone model options.

The Rotary Club of Peoria North invites students to attend their business luncheon 4 times per year. Kyle, Kaden, Cash, and Robbie did a great job yesterday as representatives of PRLC. They enjoyed meeting the Rotarians, having lunch, and listening to the guest speakers.
Regional Superintendent Beth Crider was a judge for the Bradley University Student Expo. This project studied the Theory of Mind with preschoolers.
